Madayn spotlights Knowledge Oasis Muscat and digital transformation initiatives at COMEX 2025

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn” is participating in the 34th edition of COMEX Global Technology Show (COMEX 2025) to highlight its digital transformation initiatives, showcase the facilities and incentives offered by Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) to investors, and introduce the solutions and services from ICT firms operating within KOM.

Visitors to Madayn’s pavilion at COMEX 2025 are introduced to the ‘Explore’ platform, designed to create an attractive business environment for investments and encourage the localisation of projects across diverse sectors. The platform enables investors to discover opportunities within Madayn’s industrial cities across the Sultanate. Moreover, the platform is part of Madayn’s Digital Transformation Plan, which aims to establish a fully enabled digital ecosystem for industries, attract new investments, and develop sustainable digital solutions for a competitive industrial sector.

Through ‘Explore’ Platform, investors can access key data on each industrial city such as space availability, leasing policies, investment details, and types of activities, in addition to profiles of existing companies. The platform also offers 2D and 3D views of the available office space in the Knowledge Oasis Muscat and helps users identify tailored investment opportunities based on activity type and land requirements.

On another note, officials representing the Knowledge Oasis Muscat – Madayn’s technology arm – are present at COMEX 2025 to strengthen investor relations and attract companies looking to expand or relocate to the Sultanate of Oman. As a hub for knowledge-based and innovation-driven businesses, KOM offers world-class facilities and support services, making it an ideal destination for investors. Visitors to the pavilion can explore KOM’s key projects, including the multi-storey parking building, solar power plant, KOM pedestrian walkway (Boulevard Zone), in addition to other ongoing and upcoming projects.

Visitors to Madayn’s pavilion also have the opportunity to discover the services and products of several companies based at KOM. These include Eurofunk, one of Europe’s leading companies specialised in planning, installing, and operating control and emergency call centres for sectors such as public safety, industry, and transport. Officially established in 1969, Eurofunk began operations in KOM back in 2014. Another participant under Madayn’s pavilion is Kindows Tech Solutions, which is an Omani-managed company founded in KOM in 2004 to provide integrated technology solutions in security and safety systems, telecom, IT, automation, and IoT technologies.
