In line with Oman Vision 2040 and the Government Digital Transformation Programme, the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn” is committed to fostering a knowledge-based economy across its industrial cities. Through the Digital Participation Platform, Madayn enables beneficiaries to share their feedback and suggestions that contribute to improving service quality, developing projects, and shaping relevant policies and decisions.
 
This direction reflects Madayn’s commitment to delivering smart, proactive, and user-centered government services that enhance the user experience and support its strategic objectives, while building national capacity, strengthening infrastructure, and contributing to the development of a sustainable knowledge society.
 
Through its digital platforms, Madayn offers advanced interactive tools that enable investors and beneficiaries to submit their ideas and suggestions. These tools form part of a broader commitment to transparency and stakeholder engagement, which Madayn reinforces by regularly publishing consultation summaries and survey results. To further strengthen this dialogue, Madayn facilitates participation in both open and closed consultations, ensuring continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.

ENGAGEMENT SUMMARY:

The survey aims to measure investor satisfaction in Madayn’s industrial cities regarding the quality and efficiency of electronic and public services provided to them, and to identify future improvement opportunities by involving them in the development process.

ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES:

1. Measuring investor satisfaction with the quality of electronic and public services provided.
2. Monitoring observations and suggestions that contribute to developing and improving the level of services.
