The Sultanate of Oman concluded its participation in the 60th edition of #Marmomac in Verona, Italy, drawing strong interest from traders, investors and industry professionals exploring Omani marble and business opportunities.
اختتمت #سلطنة_عُمان مشاركتها في النسخة الـ 60 من معرض “مارموماك” الدولي للأحجار والتصميمات المعماريّة وتكنولوجيا صناعة الأحجار بمدينة فيرونا الإيطالية، وسط إقبال واسع على جناح السلطنة من قِبل التجار والمستثمرين والمهتمين للتعرف على جودة الرخام العُماني والبحث عن صفقات تجارية.
Khalid Al Salehi, DG of Marketing and Commercial Affairs and Official Spokesperson of #Madayn, informed that preliminary figures show commercial orders received by the participating companies exceeded USD 15 million, with export contracts also signed for Omani marble.
Raya Al Abri, Director of Concessions Department at the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, said the participation showcased Oman’s mining potential and investment opportunities in mineral exploration, while highlighting investment mechanisms and the sector’s regulatory environment.
At #Marmomac in Italy, Omani SMEs explored business opportunities and partnerships and gained insights into the latest technologies in marble cutting and processing, with a focus on expanding their businesses in local and international markets.

وأوضح خالد بن سليمان الصالحي، المدير العام للتسويق والشؤون التجارية والمتحدث الرسمي باسم "#مدائن"، أن المؤشرات الأولية لمشاركة سلطنة عُمان توضّح أن قيمة الطلبات التجارية التي تلقتها الشركات المشاركة تتجاوز الـ 15 مليون دولار أمريكي مع إبرام عقود تصدير لتوريد الرخام العُماني.
وأكدت ريا بنت عبدالله العبرية، مديرة دائرة الامتيازات بوزارة الطاقة والمعادن، أن مشاركة سلطنة عُمان في المعرض تمثل منصة دولية مهمة للتعريف بمقومات قطاع التعدين، والترويج للفرص الاستثمارية القادمة في مجال استكشاف المعادن، واستعراض آليات الاستثمار والبيئة التشريعية الداعمة للقطاع.
